PURCHASE / DOWNLOADS

A “Download” is a purchased digital media : Video file, mp3 sound recording, a “pdf” document containing text and musical transcription. When you connect to jazz-guitar-licks.com, you may purchase downloads which are then supplied to you on a limited licence basis. All recordings, transcriptions and packages remain the property of jazz-guitar-licks.com and, when purchased, are licensed to you only for personal and private non-commercial use and not for re-distribution, transfer, assignment or sublicense. All lending, hiring, re-selling or use by third parties is strictly forbidden and such licence will be deemed revoked in the event of any breach. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your PC, computer or other portable device can receive and play the purchased downloads. jazz-guitar-licks.com, after delivery, shall have no liability for lost, damaged, or destroyed Downloads.

PRICING

All prices are created in US Dollar (USD) and are valid until altered by us. Prices are not inclusive of VAT. VAT differs between countries and are automatically applied by GUMROAD or PAYHIP during the purchase.

PAYMENT

The online purchase depends on GUMROAD of PAYHIP and operates by credit card, STRIPE or PAYPAL interface at the indicated price. Payments are secured by and under the responsability of GUMROAD and PAYHIP. The customer is subject to the GUMROAD terms of use or PAYHIP terms of use.

CANCELLATION

Please note that, as our products are electronically downloadable products, you will not have a right to cancel once the download process has commenced.

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the products, refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not possible.
