This short jazz line is transcribed from "Tenor Madness" .You can see a repetitive lick played in octaves interspersed with four rootless chords.

The first two octaves highlight the fifth (F), the minor seventh (Ab) and the root of Bb7.

In bar two, you see two rootless chords : Bb13 built with a minor seventh (Ab), a third (D) and the thirteenth (G) and Bb7 built with b7, 3rd and fifth (F).
In the last measure you see a rootless Bb13 chord and a rootless Bb7b13. You can apply this line to the first four bars of any jazz blues tunes in Bb7.
